Here's exactly what we promise — and exactly how it works.
We built this around what we can actually control: answering your calls and capturing your leads. We don't guarantee jobs booked or won — that depends on your pricing, your availability, and your follow-up, which only you control. What we guarantee is that every caller reaches a professional answer and their details land with you. If we don't deliver that, you pay half price the following month.
A qualified lead is any inbound caller our AI engages with who provides a contactable number and a genuine service enquiry. The guarantee is measured on leads captured and delivered to you — not on jobs booked, quoted, or accepted, as those depend on you.
You agree to respond to captured leads within 24 hours. This guarantee covers leads reaching you — it can't cover leads you don't action. If leads are left unactioned, the guarantee doesn't apply.
The guarantee requires your business to receive at least 15 inbound calls during the 30-day period. Our AI can only capture calls that actually come in — we can't generate leads from a phone that doesn't ring.
Your business number must be correctly forwarded to the AI for the full 30-day period. Any time when calls bypass the AI — forwarding switched off, number changed, or the service paused — doesn't count toward the guarantee.
You agree to provide accurate business information at onboarding — your services, hours, pricing policy, and FAQs — so the AI can answer and qualify callers correctly on your behalf.
If all the conditions above are met and we still fail to answer your calls and capture your leads as promised, your next month is charged at half price. The remedy is a 50% discount on the following month's subscription — not a cash refund.
The guarantee applies to your first 30 days with Kraftweb and may be claimed once. To claim, contact us within 7 days of the end of your first month at hello@kraftweb.co, and we'll review the call records together.
